Who We Are

U-Save Staffing, Inc., located in Brockton, Massachusetts, was established and incorporated in 2014 with a focus on staffing in the Boston area and the South Shore. Our Employees, both temporary and contractual, offer a variety of competencies within the manufacturing services, packaging, and distribution environments, as well as medical offices and construction. Employees are available for all shifts, including partial schedules. We understand that Employers need flexibility so we do not require they hire a minimum number of employees. The number of Employees may vary from day to day as needed to satisfy our Employers’ production requirements.

Owner/President Claudia Monterio

Claudia Monteiro moved to the United States 11 years ago from Portugal. Originally from the Cape Verde islands, she moved to Portugal at the age of 18 to attend the University. Since arriving in the U.S., Monteiro has been managing staffing organizations for more than a decade. At U-Save Staffing, she is responsible for the daily operations of the business, managing the office, and recruiting and placing employees. She works with both Employees and Employers. In addition to running U-Save Staffing, Claudia works as an interpreter for people in her community with limited proficiency in English.

Prior to opening U-Save Staffing, Monteiro served as Manager at H. C. Staffing in Brockton. Her responsibilities included management office duties while assisting the Vice President of the company with recruiting and placement procedures. While there, she was instrumental in new business development and was responsible for worker’s compensation reporting and filing.
